Eligibility Requirements

Becoming an ACTC-certified coach is an achievement that reflects both commitment and capability.

Eligibility Criteria

Hold an active ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
Complete 60+ hours of team coaching education (ICF-accredited or non-accredited).
Have five (5) team coaching engagements in the past five years.
Complete at least five (5) hours of coaching supervision.

60+ hours of coaching education—building the bedrock of your coaching practice.
100+ hours of coaching experience—putting your learning into real-world practice.
10 hours of Mentor Coaching—guiding you through the nuances of the coaching craft.
Performance Evaluation—ensuring that you can demonstrate your proficiency with real coaching moments.
ICF Credentialing Exam—the final step to solidify your dedication and readiness to serve as a professional coach.

Certification Requirements

Pass the ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam.

Experience Requirements

- Successfully complete at least five (5) team coaching engagements within the past five years.
- If applying through Credit for Prior Learning, fulfill 10 team coaching engagements and additional supervision hours.
These engagements must include team coaching sessions (not just team training or facilitation) and may involve teams of varying sizes, provided larger teams (15+ members) include a co-coach
