- Performance Evaluation—ensuring that you can demonstrate your proficiency with real coaching moments.
- ICF Credentialing Exam—the final step to solidify your dedication and readiness to serve as a professional coach.
Experience Requirements
To become an ACC, you must demonstrate that you’ve already begun your journey of coaching practice:
- 100 hours of coaching experience with at least eight clients.
- 25 hours of coaching experience must have occurred in the last 18 months, ensuring your skills are current and in-demand.
- At least 75 of those 100 hours must be paid—confirming your commitment to your profession and the value you bring.
