Eligibility Requirements
Becoming an PCC certified coach is an achievement that reflects both commitment and capability.
Eligibility Criteria
- 125+ hours of coaching education building the bedrock of your coaching practice.
- 500 hours of coaching experience putting your learning into real-world practice.
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching guiding you through the nuances of the coaching craft.
- Performance Evaluation ensuring that you can demonstrate your proficiency with real coaching moments.
- ICF Credentialing Exam the final step to solidify your dedication and readiness to serve as a professional coach.

The Neptune Excellence Difference: More than Just a Credential
To become a PCC, you must already have a strong foundation of coaching experience:
- 500 hours of coaching experience with at least 25 clients.
- 50 of those hours must have occurred within the last 18 months, ensuring that your experience is up-to-date and relevant.
- At least 450 of those hours must be paid, confirming that coaching is a central part of your professional practice.
