The Neptune Excellence Difference: More than Just a Credential

To become a PCC, you must already have a strong foundation of coaching experience:

  • 500 hours of coaching experience with at least 25 clients.
  • 50 of those hours must have occurred within the last 18 months, ensuring that your experience is up-to-date and relevant.
  • At least 450 of those hours must be paid, confirming that coaching is a central part of your professional practice.
