Registration for any Neptune Excellence program is confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form and receipt of the applicable program fees. Our programs are delivered through online, offline, or blended learning formats. Neptune Excellence reserves the right to modify program schedules, session timings, faculty members, training format, or learning materials whenever reasonably necessary to ensure the quality and continuity of the program.

Payments may be accepted in Indian Rupees (INR), United States Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) or other supported currencies through our authorised payment partners. Participants are responsible for any applicable currency conversion charges, international bank fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or local government. Neptune Excellence provides professional coach education, mentoring, coaching supervision (where applicable), practical coaching experience, performance feedback, and examination preparation to support participants throughout their learning journey. Certificates issued by Neptune Excellence are awarded upon successful completion of the applicable program requirements.

Where participants apply for credentials awarded by external organisations, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the final decision regarding eligibility, examination results, credential approval, and certification rests solely with the respective credentialing body. While Neptune Excellence is committed to preparing participants to the highest professional standards, individual outcomes depend upon each participant’s preparation, participation, coaching practice, and fulfilment of the relevant credentialing requirements.
