The Art of Coaching Supervision
About the Program
Most coaches reach a point where techniques are no longer enough.
You understand the frameworks.
You’ve supported client growth.
And yet, some coaching situations still feel complex, layered, or unclear.
This is where Coaching Supervision begins.
Coaching Supervision is a reflective space where you step back and look at your coaching practice more deeply your decisions, your patterns, your responses, and your impact.
It helps you see what’s happening beneath the surface in your clients, in the coaching relationship, and within yourself.
The Art of Coaching Supervision is an advanced program designed for experienced coaches who are ready to deepen their practice beyond tools and techniques.
At Neptune Excellence, the program is grounded in the ICF Coaching Supervision Competencies and built around a multi-perspective reflective approach.
You don’t just focus on the client you learn to explore the full coaching system, including relational dynamics, internal responses, and wider organisational context.
Over time, you develop the ability to stay present in complexity, think more clearly, and respond with intention.
